"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

"We spent an amazing week at this property and really enjoyed it. You can't beat the beautiful view of the south bay and the incredible breeze off the water. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and meals on the deck, gazing out at the water. Our two teenage sons enjoyed kayaking in the bay and exploring the island (just a 15-20 minute kayak trip away). "This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc....

"I stayed at the good vibes house for a night with friends for a post Holiday celebration. We all had a great time and were very comfortable in the house. The beds we cozy (even the smaller trundle!) The smart features of the house were really cool - alexa did it all for us :) We also enjoyed some time in the hot tub which was really easy to use after watching the video. Duane and Eva were very responsive with any questions I had. Next time we stay I would love to use the game room more!"
