"We want to thank our host, Cynthia! We were very pleased with the accommodations and her attentiveness to our every need! It was an ideal location for all the visiting we did! The apartment was clean with new carpeting. The bed was comfortable! Everything we needed was provided! There was ample closet and drawer space! The washer and dryer within the unit was a huge plus! We were there for over three weeks, so they came in very handy! We will certainly keep this unit in mind for any future...

"We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute little place. The place was clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes of driving distance. We spent a day at the Heckscher State Park beach, which is nearby. We were planning to visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum but couldn't because it started raining. Overall, a nice stay."

"The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"
