"The hotel is located in the center of Innsbruck, right in the old city, near the Inn river and close to public transportation. We also got free public transportation card for the time during our stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "
