We spent 3 nights at Stage 12. It is situated right in the centre of town within walking distance to everything you need. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great with good selection of everyday breakfast food and cooked breakfast. The bed was a little hard for my liking. We had a mountain view room, it was small but really we were out and about most of time. The view was worth every cent. Would definitely return again.

This hotel was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. It was so clean with housekeeping everyday. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to put my coat, shoes and suitcases. Super quiet and located in a courtyard away from the noisy main area, but it was right in the middle of Old Town and walkable to everything you would want to see. Staff was great and super friendly. I would totally stay here again next time I am in Innsbruck.

Overall this property was centrally located and breakfast was good. I got a balcony view overlooking this mountain and that was nice as well. My only complaints were that the bed was uncomfortable and they only provide you one pillow and blanket. Overall most of the staff was nice but the lady with red hair at check in was a bit stand offish. I asked for directions on how to get to the Swarvoski museum and she told me it was closed for construction. I did my own research and in fact the museum was open and I went the next day. I’m not sure I would stay here again but it is in a great location.

The hotel was nice and clean. The view from our room was beautiful! The desk clerk at check-in wasn’t very friendly and even came across as snooty. The bed was hard, but we managed to get some sleep. I would choose a different hotel next time.
