"We were pleasantly surprised by the Brydone Hotel. It is an old hotel but one that has been kept in decent condition. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and its bathroom would not have been out of place in a major city centre name brand hotel at four times the price. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful making our stay even more pleasant. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and found the food to be both plentiful and very appitising.
