"The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. "My family stayed for a weekend. Lots to do home and went to wineries one day and Top Golf another day. House was clean, plenty to do with pool table and hot tub, firepit list goes on. Very fun great stay!"

"The Great Times house was just as expected. It's a standard Long Island suburban house. It's not a big house, but it had plenty of room for our group. It's very clean, and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you forgot something, there's a Walmart Supercenter just up the street. "

"Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "

"The property was clean and just a described. We had a family trip to visit relatives. There were 7 adults and a 3 year old. The added toys in the room with 2 twin beds was an unexpected surprise! "The place was nice for our time with family for a holiday celebration. Our favorite space was the kitchen dining area which was large and well equipped. There was an issue with the heat upstairs; the hosts endeavored to respond to the problem in a timely manner. (Owners were on site for some of our stay, but it did not affect our activities.) Furniture comfortable....most rooms very lightly furnished. I would recommend bringing extra bedding as most beds only had a light quilt without sheets or...

"What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! What a neat house! Thanks, Joe for making our trip to the area a memorable one!"

"Quick 2-night stay, couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ocean Beach (town) has everything (one would need for a Fire Island stay), yet the house is beautifully secluded away from it all.
