"My room was lovely, but the exterior areas of the property need better upkeep. Pool was never skimmed or cleaned and deck furniture was covered in pine tree droppings."

"My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The guest house is beautiful and the pool area feels like a mini 5 star resort. Hosts Brian and Giovanni are not only accommodating, they are also genuinely lovely people. The town of Bellport is quaint but there's plenty to do and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We're already planning our next stay."

"The captain cottage was exactly what Mom and I wanted! Beautiful views of the bay,super easy five minute walk to the main street of Cold Spring Harbor, adorable house with everything you need, and Kim was on top of it every time we neededhelp. Thank you so much for hosting us and cannot wait to be back!"
