"I have stayed at three of the host’s Katy Trail homes on many occasions and every trip is perfect! The home is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The location is superb, very close to dining, shopping and the Katy Trail! Within minutes of the Park Cities and SMU. Lisa is an excellent communicator and her homes are very well managed and maintained. The home works well whether I am traveling solo or with my family and two pups! "The hotel is fancy when I got there they told me they told hotels.com they didn’t have the room we booked so they was going k upgrade us Well it wasn’t an upgrade my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed NO pillows and they had bars in their back all night long The bathroom was good The view sucked it was the dirty courtyard "

"Old and outdated. Musty smell and after I turned of AC I even felt it I could smell some gas. Very old gas stove top. Bathroom sink size of a shoe box. Shower trickled only. Outdated furniture. Manager didn’t show any concern when I called him and told him that I was moving out after just one night"
