"We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated.
