"This apartment was bright and roomy. We had problems with washing machine (broken starter) and stove (no instructions) and no instructions for television plus remote missing. Leaving a typewritten list of instructions for everything on the table would have been helpful and ensuring that everything was in working order before our arrival - including t.v. service. It was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and lots of space for two adults. Its a little tired, broken pieces on cabinets...

"If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. "

"This flat is clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well located. Right next to paddington station on a quiet street, all parts of the city are accessible via public transit. Website pictures are true to form and the property manager was very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.One note on accessibility - the entry stairs are a bit narrow and steep but this is typical of walk up flats in older European cities.
