"We really enjoyed the flat. Enjoyed the inner courtyard and having it on the ground floor. Very close to parking. Making dinners at home is always enjoyable and then walking on the wall to gelato is a highlight. The air con in the bedrooms was great! And having a bathroom on each level is rare. "The property’s photos are completely accurate. It is a wonderful place in an ideal location. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the serenades in the square below in the early evening was my favorite part of the day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom showers spacious. "The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is bright, spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the proximity to everything. Especially the church attached to terrace and the music conservatory across the street. Lorenzo is very friendly and professional. "Loved our little apartment! The accommodations were clean and spacious, it had every thing we needed including umbrellas for the rainy days! It was close to many of the attractions. "The unit was clean and spacious. Central location in the historical district. Near bus. stops and the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaints that we have is that the bathroom sink drain was very slow and it took about 3 days and a few reminders to fix it. That was very inconvenient. Also, no hand towels or dish towels. The first few days the towels were locked up too."

"This apartment was exactly what one would expect when staying in Lucca. It had the old charm of Italy. The terrace was spectacular! We spent as much time as possible sipping wine and having dinner on it. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking even large meals. The only con to staying here is the stairs. Carrying luggage up five flights of stairs was brutal. This place is not for anyone who has knee or hip issues. This apartment would be a 5+ if the building had a lift."

Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"
