"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms. Lots of modern artwork and design furniture across the hotel. Very nice staff. Located on a hill, quite remote, surrounded by nature. Convenient EV charging on site. Pool, historic villa, free rental bikes, walks. The hotel’s restaurant/osteria offers nice dishes with locally grown vegetables, homemade breakfast, yet the service needs improvement. Pool a bit small and food served outside of dinner/lunch hours could be improved. Overall a very nice stay."

"An overnight stop to experience an Agriturismo and well worth it. A warm welcome by our hosts. And an apartment with views over the expanding countryside. Breakfast next day was a treat to behold - what not to have!!"

"This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. The building has 3 separate apartments with plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms & bathrooms on each level – all spotlessly clean. "The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))"

"Our stay here was more wonderful than we ever imagined. Monica is such a gracious host. She bought this home in ruins and transformed it into the most beautiful Tuscan oasis. Our apartment perfect for our family of 5. I was very concerned about lack of air conditioning as we were here during the heat of summer, but we ended up being very comfortable. The windows all have screens to protect from bugs so it is easy to open them and let in fresh night/morning air. The location was central to many...

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
