"Very clean and well equipped. Does need a large jug or teapot for tea, bottle opener and tin opener. The shower head needs adjusting. On the whole, very quiet and comfortable. Very helpful employee who let us in. Good communication with the owner. The buses need coming to terms with, but we managed it."

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Leider trifft es null die Beschreibung zu, wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung. Die Besitzerin der Wohnung ignoriert auch die Anrufe, was auch sehr widerlich war, dass es in der Wohnung kakalacken gab."

The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). The apartment is on a quiet street very close to the town center and a city gate. We highly recommend this apartment!"
