"Great spot to land and really get away from the majority of tourists. Local restaurants are cheaper, people are happier and it is not that far to all things Arenal. The house was great and property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Only thing is there is just one gate code, doors take a bit to get used to lock and unlock and house is 4th one on the left. But those are just minor things. "

"We have stayed ar over 20 rental properties. And this one was by far the best! The house and grounds are beautiful. Patrick is an amazing host! We ended up with a flat tire and he arranged to have it taken into town to be repaired.The daily breakfast provided were also amazing and different every day!I can’t recommend this property enough!"

"This was the perfect stay for my fiancé and I and our friends. We are loved it. Good pool and adequate kitchen utensils. Ac worked really well. Only thing we found difficult was finding the home. However we opted to check in ourselves and it was nighttime which made it a bit difficult. I will say had we checked in by going to the office first I’m sure it would have been far easier. "The property is located on the edge of town so was quiet yet convenient to all activities. The park-like yard was bordered by a steam and drew in birds of every color. A ripened bunch of bananas in the tree kept them busy for days. Much to our delight we even spotted a sloth! "This house was exactly what our family of 5 needed for our stay in La Fortuna. The views from the property are spectacular. We were greeted with wonderful fresh fruit. While we, unfortunately, only speak English, Franklin was wonderful to communicate with. I used Google Translate, and he was so prompt to respond to any communication I sent.
