"We had a great stay here….our only issue was that there is no lift & we had a lot of luggage…but the reception staff were excellent & put us on the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd, as we were booked….she also helped us up with our luggage! Great area to access anywhere & very close to the underground! Lots of pubs in the area too! "
