"Our son stayed for 10 days while waiting for his new apartment. Everything necessary was in the apartment with a lovely feeling of welcoming and comfort.Would adjust the location of the smoke alarm - any cooking triggers alarm. Wish there was a way in and out without using a clicker through the garage, but the location more than made up for the inconvenience.Will gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."

"The place itself is quite nice and we were happy with our stay. Just a few comments in the spirit of continuous improvement...1) there is a coffee maker but there was no coffee provided, and there are no grocery stores nearby. I think most people expect to see coffee when there is a coffee maker. 2) needs a new TV remote 3) might want to check the fridge (makes noise)"

"Perfect house for the two of us, secluded in the hills but close to everything. Very clean, safe neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space with fantastic views. Easy parking. "

"This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate. When we arrived we had to park blocks away and bringing a weeks worth of luggage that far wasnt fun. On street sweeping days we had to park in the boys and girls club parking lot as there...

"Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals! "
