"This property is probably one of the best I've stayed in in London I really enjoy the atmosphere and the general look of the hotel the rooms are always immaculate and almost feel Boutique and very high class fixtures and fittings to make you feel cozy and beyond suite is always fully equipped and clean there's extra glasses cups and always coffee and tea available I cannot felt this face one a little bit and I love it and I'll come back again"

"When wanting a place just a few minutes from the airport certain compromises need to be embraced: The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the breakfast was comprehensive and well-presented. However, being only a few minutes away from the airport means accepting the noise of aircraft passing low every couple of minutes. On balance price and the romance of the start of a journey means I will stay there again. "

"Hotel was fine; bed was clean. Only bad points; some noise from outside but nothing too bad. Room a bit tatty. At the price it’s what you would expect. No cold water in the bathroom; only hot. Beware that after booking online via an agent, it is advisable to call them to confirm; there seemed to be some confusion with the receptionist as a result of this. And also they require ID (driving license/passport) for check in. Would stay again. "

There also needs to be a direct number to the Stag because at the moment if you phone the number on the website it puts you through to a hotel in Bournemouth where staff cannot help you or give you information about directions or any other help."
