"We all had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and very relaxing. Plenty of items were already available in the kitchen for use and everything was well stocked that would be needed on a trip. Just keep in mind that there is no AC so days can be a little warm but fans were available. Overall we couldn't ask for more."

"We had 8 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs for a family celebration of our youngest graduating from Fort Lewis College. The place is lovely, clean, and so cozy! We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen including bananas, muffins, oatmeal and a full coffee bar awaiting us when we arrived for our first morning. Loved the hot tub, the privacy and the gorgeous views all around. The game room was a fun family gathering place too. Highly recommend this place! "

"This house was perfect for us. We came for a ski vacation and originally had 10 guests, but only ended up taking eight people total. 10 Would have been no problem because the house will accommodate all 10 very comfortably. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The hot tub is easily accessible and a must have for skiers.The house had everything that we needed to cook a few meals, there were plenty of towels, and the location was very easy to get to and close enough to town that everything...

"Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!"

"We loved the convenience of being close to family in Bayfield. Previously we have stayed in hotels in Durango and were glad not to have to drive back and forth to Durango every day. The cabin was in such a pretty setting by the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the property, we hope to return! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host said we could bring an air mattress, so each grandchild spent a night with us also. Perfect! "
