"We had 8 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs for a family celebration of our youngest graduating from Fort Lewis College. The place is lovely, clean, and so cozy! We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen including bananas, muffins, oatmeal and a full coffee bar awaiting us when we arrived for our first morning. Loved the hot tub, the privacy and the gorgeous views all around. The game room was a fun family gathering place too. Highly recommend this place! "

"A small house quite comfortable for 2 people. Very nicely furnished, kitchen is adequate (no stove but a two burner hotplate), coffee maker, dish towels. Washer & dryer. Laundry soap and dish soap provided. Bathroom is also adequate for one person at a time. My only concern is that the house was very dusty. Would definitely rent it again as it is only 10 minutes to Bayfield where we have family."

"Kelly’s home was clean, as described, and comfortable for our few nights in Aztec. We used the home as a base camp while we fished the San Juan and it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend for travelers going to this area. "

"Nice place to kick back and relax. It was very neat and clean. I enjoyed my coffee in the mornings on the porch and my glass of wine in the evening. "

"Beautiful house, clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and good showers. Every window offered a great view. My Texan family learned that all weather tires are not as good in offering grip on snow as winter tires do… but the roads are very drivable. "

"We had an awesome time! Fished quality water as well as water outside fence of property. Well maintained property with river just outside gate. My husband had to sleep on futon because of recent knee replacement and restroom being on ground floor. He did not sleep well. Bed upstairs was really comfortable."
