"We had a fabulous girlfriend’s getaway at Sandpiper Haven. The beachfront house was immaculate and beautifully equipped. The outside spaces were beautiful and well maintained. Our hosts thought of everything, and communicating with them was easy. The only thing we’d change is the twin beds in the second bedroom. While the queen bed in the other bedroom was fabulous, the twin mattresses were uncomfortable. One of us slept like a princess, the other had a rough night. All in all, we’d still go...

"This home has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, two dining areas, a living room with basic TV, and a nice galley kitchen. Is the home showing its age and time next to the ocean? Definitely. But it’s well-maintained inside and is a great base for fun days at the beach. Save for furniture, it is sparsely furnished— don’t expect many extra towels, any cleaning products, or any of the basics (like salt and pepper or oil) if you are planning to cook, but there are stores on the island if you...
