"This is a former school building converted into condos, so there are residents here and of course this setup wouldn't be for everyone. But the location was great for us - in between Lake Ontario and downtown Rochester, not far from family we were visiting. And the condo itself was clean and easy to get in and out of. "I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. "

"Stayed for a couple of days to see the eclipse but had cloudy weather. Good thing we had such a nice place to hang out in to make up for the disappointment! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and convenient for shopping. Comfy living room with a big screen TV (we watched March Madness), and a great deck for enjoying the outdoors. And Jackie is the nicest of hosts! Great experience all around."
