"We enjoyed our stay at your house. The house was very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable. The view of the cove was awesome, especially early in the morning. We saw a couple of deer wandering through the back yard. Hope the next time we stay, we can stay longer and enjoy all the amenities. "

"Great location and unique lodging. We loved the rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and stargazing! Great view of Lookout mountain and close to everything we wanted to see. Definitely a great place to stay!"

"My sister-in-law and I wanted to “get away from it all” and this cottage was the perfect little spot. The house is so cute, the swinging bed in the loft, although creaky to lay down on, was very relaxing- especially to read in the morning while gently swinging. It was also nice that the hot water was quickly available and long lasting. We were only about 20 minutes or so from downtown Chattanooga and Ruby Falls and the views were spectacular. "Great long weekend. The house is newly remodeled with everything you need. Nice bedroom and bath. Kitchen and living room with a wood burning fireplace and all the wood you could need. Great view of the river with access. 4x4 not needed but low riders will not like the small branch you must drive through. Over all perfect stay. My only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the bedroom. "

Very Clean, although the caulk in the bathroom could use some attention. Nice staff. Pretty good breakfast, decent selection. Wish I had checked in earlier to use the pool, water was really warm. I travel with my own coffee and coffee maker because EVERYONE has those horrible single serve ones where you can’t use your own coffee....

"Just a one night stop. Nice place …. Yes, there is a frig and microwave in the room which I couldn’t find on the site. Decent bed, nice linens, towels, pillows. Very Clean, although the caulk in the bathroom could use some attention. Nice staff. Pretty good breakfast, decent selection. Wish I had checked in earlier to use the pool, water was really warm. I travel with my own coffee and coffee maker because EVERYONE has those horrible single serve ones where you can’t use your own coffee. Would stay again without hesitation. "
