"The check-in process was messy, 2 of our 3 rooms were not ready (no sheets on bed, furniture not assembled). They then checked us into someone else's room! We opened the door and peoples suitcases were inside, very unprofessional! Outside of that, the property is in a great location and the heated spa and pool were very nice. "

"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

"Easy access to skiing at Beaver Creek. Walkable to many restaurants in Avon. Villa was clean and everything worked properly. Bathroom needs a refreshing, dated design. "
