Do not stay at this property if you care about your health. This property requires a full remediation of MOLD. My family and I had breathing issues among other symptoms during our stay at this property (unrelated to elevation) only to find out the last day prior to leaving that their was mold growing behind a curled up vinyl wall covering in the closet. We had to go to urgent care because we felt so bad; which they confirmed that the symptoms were related to Mold. The staff was notified and and an e-mail was provided to contact management about our concern. After reading guest reviews concerning mold dating back years I'm extremely disappointed that this property is aware of the mold issue and continuous to recklessly put guests in danger by not inspecting the rooms for mold among other issues (which a simple room inspection would have identified).

We enjoyed staying at The Grand Hotel! It’s a nice place in a beautiful area. The rooms were nice, the staff helpful, but the pool area and workout room need some repairs.

We didn't have a coffee maker in the room. We requested one, and the evening staff provided one. The drain in the shower was extremely slow, water was ankle deep at the end of a normal shower. The provided hair dryer is fixed to the wall, and the electrical receptacle in the bathroom did not work. Couldn't use hair dryer, or curling iron. Never did get this repaired, but the staff brought us a hand held hair dryer for our second morning. Our reservation was for two nights. The room key didn't work for the second night . Another trip to the front desk. Room service failed to replace the wash cloths, so another trip to the front desk. Note to self: make sure everything in the room works as soon as you check in.

While the property itself is more than slightly tired and in need of a little but of a face-lift - especially in comparison with some it's newer neighbors - we really enjoy staying here. The staff are uniformly wonderful: helpful, efficient and attentive. The location works well for us, with plenty of parking and good access to the Summit Stage and hence downtown Frisco and the ski resorts. We also like the hot tub and sauna (when it is turned on). The rooms are clean and everything works well so zero complaints there. Will we stay here again? Almost certainly - thank you!

This place was creepy, dirty rooms, I found nails on the rug from previous guest. Bathroom was dirty. Looks old and smells bad. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds I ever stayed in. The check in was fast but finding elevators, parking and our room was hard. Hallways were dark and made it creepy. Did not enjoy it at all will not come back.
