"Staff was all very nice. The only thing i didnt like is the shuttle service that was part of the stay, i was informed by staff left early on a weekend. I didn't understand this as my group snd others expected you use this service for shopping and dining. Especially since the driver was gone by 6pm in Saturday i woukd have expected an available driver later over a weekend, if not maybe have staff inform the guest this is no longer a service offered"

"Good! The only critique would be that we didn't have enough linens for the amount of people we booked for our stay. There weren't enough staff on call to bring them, either, so we had to stop by late at night to get necessities (towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets). Otherwise, service was excellent, stay was comfortable for a family of 6, and location was wonderful. "

"It was a great option for my partner and I to stay with our two cats. No pet fee, and hardwood floor so the cats couldn’t potentially damage any carpet. The room was as clean as it could be, being a pet friendly room, and I’m sure the other rooms were more clean. Housekeeping was very friendly and so were the people at the front desk.
