"The floor was extremely dirty seem like it was swept but not mopped. Multiple stains on the walls and some of the sheets you only get two pillows and they're very flat. Bedding was very warm but with weak AC you don't need to use all of them. Speaking of AC, they probably should clean the filter. It look like a rug sitting on top of it. Same goes for bathroom fan, toilet and tub was clean. Water pressure was nice. Decent hot water"

However, when I got to the room, I was shocked—it hadn’t been cleaned and looked like it had recently been used.
