"Stayed for 12 nights in the deluxe room on the top floor at the back of the property. Found the room to be of very high standard very spacious and very well equipped with more than adequate air conditioning. I was made to feel very welcome and found the staff extremely helpful I was particularly impressed with the breakfast selection and the general cleanliness Hotel was particularly suited for my needs as it was a great location for all the connections to the tourist excursions. "Stunning hotel. Service was exceptional - they could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars, is that it would benefit from more sun loungers. Pool was too small to swim in, but very beautiful. "

"Staying there was a good experience. Comfortable rooms, well maintained, good breakfast, friendly staff and excellent drinking water from the tap (increasingly rare). The adjacent street is easy to hear if you don't choose the back side. The pool was just okay only. Price-performance ratio is good and I would be happy to come back."

"Elana and Chantel were BRILLIANT; so welcoming and helpful. The freshly prepared and cooked breakfasts wonderful. The property itself is not for the faint hearted! We knew it was at the top of a hill but did not appreciate the severity of the drive leading to it - no Uber drivers would attempt it, meaning a challenging walk back up after dinner, definitely not a place for heels! Once up the drive, there were also a lot of stairs in the property; up to the main floor, up again for breakfast....

"Roland and the team at the ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL Jardin D'ebne are incredible. Everything I needed, including a fantastic breakfast, was provided and catered for. The property is so beautiful I actually hung out for a couple of hours after checking out. Roland is a superstar host, with multiple languages and an easy manner - most of all, his recommendations for places to go and eat are invaluable ! Cannot wait to go back"

I felt so safe walking around this area, during both the daytime and night time, as many members of the public security forces we're visible on every street corner. The apart-hotel itself was super clean, modern and right in the middle of everything, a visitor to Cape Town could possibly need. "

"Great welcome quick check-in and complimentary upgrade to Mountain View! Rooftop bar is a bonus and nice place to chill. Would highly recommend the hotel and a great location too!"

EXCELLENT STAY!!!

"This was a great hotel experience. Everything from the front desk reception to the comfort of the bed was wonderful. I love the modern decor of the hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was no outside noise from the city. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, but I have only two complaints: 1) the hotel does not provide wash cloths or face towels in the rooms. They only provided bath towels and hand towels. I had to call and request the face towels, but housekeeping brought them immediately. 2) The bath towels were full of lint, which left dust all over the bathroom and lint all over my body. See pictures of the dust in the bathroom."
