"Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff. It was strange and unhelpful that there were no instructions as to how to work the oven - it took staff time to work it out themselves. "

"Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation."

" Heck in was a little intimidating, but once we got through it, realised just how good the security of the building was and appreciated the efforts. Location was perfect and felt safe during the day at all times. Room was comfy with everything we expected. Pool was crowded at times and hard to find somewhere to sit in the sun, but hey, it had a pool."

"Wonderful apartments, great location with parking and all other facilities. Very clean. Only thing I would say is that I booked the pay at property option and around a week before we were due to stay I was contacted by the property for payment? Not sure why this happened and took a little digging to make sure we weren’t being scammed, had to pay otherwise it would have been cancelled"

The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. "This property exceeded my expectations. I felt so safe walking around this area, during both the daytime and night time, as many members of the public security forces we're visible on every street corner. The apart-hotel itself was super clean, modern and right in the middle of everything, a visitor to Cape Town could possibly need. "

"Great welcome quick check-in and complimentary upgrade to Mountain View! Rooftop bar is a bonus and nice place to chill. Would highly recommend the hotel and a great location too!"

EXCELLENT STAY!!!

"This was a great hotel experience. Everything from the front desk reception to the comfort of the bed was wonderful. I love the modern decor of the hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was no outside noise from the city. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, but I have only two complaints: 1) the hotel does not provide wash cloths or face towels in the rooms. They only provided bath towels and hand towels. I had to call and request the face towels, but housekeeping brought them immediately. 2) The bath towels were full of lint, which left dust all over the bathroom and lint all over my body. See pictures of the dust in the bathroom."
