"We loved staying at Villa Carla for a week, it was in a gorgeous setting and so close to some really lovely beaches and was the perfect setting for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. "We had a wonderful time in Sardinia. The weather was perfect (sunny and hot), the island incredible beautiful (best beaches ever) and the house in an absolutely privileged location (a bit hard to find), had a breathtaking view, nice swimming pool and well taken care gardens. Modern, elegant and simple decoration with all that we needed to enjoy our stay (except for air conditioning in the basement room, but plenty of fans.....). The owner provided all sort of information for shops, restaurants...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. It was advertised to be in San Teodoro but it was 4km away from San Teodoro, in Straulas. Philippe, che è situata su una collina a Porto Istana, per cui si gode sempre di una piacevole brezza anche quando le giornate sono molto calde, la piscina poi è stupenda, esposta tutto il giorno al sole quindi l'acqua ha sempre una giusta temperatura.......la comunicazione con Carinne e Dominique è stata eccellente... esperiamo di poter tornare l'anno prossimo!"

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"
