"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

"Great location to be out of the thick of things, its really nice and quiet. It’s a 5 min drive or 35 minutes by foot into San Teodora. The beautiful beaches of La Cinta and Lu Impostu (our favourite) are about 10-15 mins by car. The villa is very clean, with plenty of room, nice pool, it was perfect for us (couple). Massimo who looks after the place is lovely and so helpful, a real pleasure to deal with."

"The house is nice,well kept and clean. We did not appreciated the hardness of the mattresses. The owner communicate via messages with not big delay and was helpful if needed.Oposite to the house is a pizzera that opened 14.6. and was cosing a noise in the evening.but with closed windows you could hear no noises."

"The property is beautifully located on a little hill in Puntaldia. The house is perfect. Beautiful internally and externally with a stunning view on la Cinta beach. The beautiful beach of Puntaldia is only 5 minutes walking distance directly connected with the house. The house has all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Last but not least, Cristina, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back and suggest this Place."

Absolument rien à redire que ce soit la propreté, la literie (très bon couchage), la situation par rapport aux plages ou aux commerces (tout est à proximité) ou la communication avec Michele (il répond très rapidement aux messages). "Cosy apartment with lovely, well-equipped terrace, magnificent view of the sea, coast and Tavolara island. Parking place an asset. Communication with Gianni excellent. It would not have been as private had the flat underneath been occupied (as their patio is under the bedroom window)"

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen (wenn nicht gerade ein paar andere Urlauber es übertreiben oder in nahegelegenen Hotel eine Feier ist, da war aber jeweils gegen 22Uhr Ruhe). Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Das war aber bei uns kein Problem, da sie trotz der 30Grad Außentemperatur nicht zu heiß wurde und...

"The place was great! Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, Only a short walk to town. Also, it’s in a great location for some amazing beaches. Id say hire a car so you can properly explore the island. "

"We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door (more of an inconvenience for others rather then us). Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay again. "

"Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap ! "
