Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. "This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! "The apartment has everything you need. It's clean and friendly and everything works. The description is correct. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. It's too far for walking to the busy part of Alghero town and to the beach. Shopping is available at local supermarkets. Its advisable to have a car or at least a bike. Marco is a great host!
