"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Amenities were much better than expected. They have nice options for breakfast (bagels cream cheese, yogurts, pancake, etc. ) They have step-in showers. The staff is really nice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and I would stay here again. "

"This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s easy to get on and off the highway. It’s clean and the rooms are good except for some finishes. The bathroom wall and ceiling needed plaster and paint; seems odd given how decent the rest of the room seemed. The staff were friendly and breakfast is good."

"Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about...
