"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend! "

"The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you! "

"The facility itself is a little dated. The elevators are slow & creaky, but the friendliness of staff & extras more than made up for it. Every staff member offered a smile and most went above & beyond to help. The breakfast is amazing! Complimentary happy hour is a nice touch. And despite being dated the facility is immaculate. "

"Great property overall. Very friendly staff. Breakfast option limited to Starbucks or the very over priced buffet. If travelling on a budget plan to eat off property. If budget is not a concern, food on property is great and service is great but you do pay a premium "
