"Elko is a very small town in Nevada where Uber or Taxy is non existant. So the challenge is in reaching up to the hotel.Once you have arrived,you will be pleasently surprised by the ambience of this hotel whose complete groundfloor area is a Casino! The hotel appears to be a old property but the rooms are very comfortable. The brwakfast that was served the following morning in their outsourced restaurant wa excellent. Overall,had a grwat stay and will stay here again when I visit Elko again. "

"Nothing to complain about I love this hotel always clean the hotel are on their toes I had key trouble no biggie they got on top it. Verrrry spacious rooms also water never gets cold when showering . "

"We like the room we had. Plenty of parking, a light breakfast fruit, cereal, milk, juice tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Close to everything we needed to go. Booking the same room for next year. "

"We arrived on June 22, 2019 around 3:30pm, only to find no one in the office to help us. We rang the bell on the counter several times, still no one. Finally after a period of time, a man came to the office, I can only assume it was the manager or owner. I gave him a copy of our reservation confirmation. He looked and could not find a reservation under my name. Nor did he have any rooms available or that were clean. He then got on the phone to call the previous owner to see if he knew...

"This hotel is an older hotel which is expected in Winnemucca, however the staff was super friendly and accommodating (our key stopped working and they got it fixed and apologized for it not working later in the evening). The cost to stay at this hotel is very reasonable if it is a quick stop through the town OR there for hunting(which we were doing both). Clean sheets, bed was comfortable, heat in the room and running water 👍"
