A good value. Friendly family owned motel. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows which is often rare in motels. Very clean and good hot water. Dish TV. Sure it’s a little older but kept in good condition.

Jill was amazing! We checked in late in the evening and she was warm and welcoming. I mentioned my daughter was going to be alone in the room while we went to eat and asked if we could have a room on the second floor because it made my daughter feel safer. Jill made the change immediately and expressed her understanding. She went the extra mile and said she’d be available if my daughter felt afraid and would keep an eye out for her. We will stay here again whenever we are passing through Winnemucca. It’s such a beautiful thing to see such great customer service!

Gateway to Idaho
The rooms are very comfortable and very affordable. While the rooms are not big I do like the fact that they have comfortable chairs and table to relax. We have stayed there several times on our way to visit our son in Idaho.
