"Nice place to get away from it all but yet be close enough to it all! We enjoyed the quiet of the property and the river after sightseeing during the day. Karen was very pleasant when we talked with her. Only negative is the distance from the campsite to the bathhouse. But not a deal breaker for us. "

"We really enjoyed the camping spot at the property. for a place that was basic camping, not having electric hookup it was kept very nice and had a beautiful showerhouse/ bathroom to use. We had a great time using it as a home base as we went on our fishing excursions. The host was wonderful. I would highly recommend it and we will be booking again in the future for sure!"

"Great location viewing the bay. Short drive to downtown Traverse City and Elk Rapids. The hotel was clean and up to date. Overall this hotel provided a very smooth and seamless experience.Parking was a little tight if you drive a larger suv or truck. Highly recommend staying at this hotel in any season."

"we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night....
