"What a remarkable experience it was staying at The Palms. They provided us with ease from the get go when our flight was cancelled and we missed one day into our vacation. When we arrived, they set the personal touch with a hand written note and delicious coconut bread. The rooms were absolutely pristine with everything you need. The best part of our stay was Marlon, the hotel manager. His kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness was incredible. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. He was always available with anything we needed and help curate wonderful excursions throughout our stay and even called taxis for us when we didn’t know where to find one.
