"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"This is a great hotel in downtown Tulsa. Good rates for the weekend. Staff is always friendly. Great bar and restaurant in lobby. Lobby has been recently remodeled. Rooms are very spacious."

"The beds were fine. The room was fine. The bathroom needed some work. The shower curtain rod looked like it was about to fall off. The pull out bed was TERRIBLE. You can feel every single spring. The couch and chair had seen better days. The room was a bit drafty as well. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. The lobby was pristine. Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel which is really inconvenient. "

"Outside of the peeling paint on the shower ceiling, the room was perfect. The bed was confortable, enough pillows, it was clean and the walk in shower was great. We appreciate the wall mounted soaps. Did not have the breakfast. "

"I booked my stay well in advance. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. They wanted to have me stay at some other motel (not close) if they could find one for me. I insisted on getting a room at this motel. I finally accepted a room that had was listed as 'out of service' due to the bathtub / shower not working. When I made my reservation I had requested a ground floor room with handicap access. The room I accepted was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this motel....
