"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"It was a nice stay, and a nice hotel. My only issue was after a very long trip our room was ready by 1 pm but we had to mess around and do other stuff because we could not check in before 3 pm after even offering to pay for early check-in. The person at the front desk had just been trained so maybe that had something to do with it. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
