"This is a great hotel in downtown Tulsa. Good rates for the weekend. Staff is always friendly. Great bar and restaurant in lobby. Lobby has been recently remodeled. Rooms are very spacious."

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"It was perfect. It felt like home and had all the things I needed. It was very clean and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel. I’ll definitely stay again. I tried to extend and stay longer but was told it’s all full. That’s a good sign. You should build some more!"

"The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby is breathtaking. My room was spacious in very nice. The bed was super comfy. Valet service went very well. I got a $14 voucher but they didn't accept it at the rooftop bar, so I used it at The Mark for breakfast, which was not very good (microwaved muffin sandwich). All in all my stay was very enjoyable. "

"Room is recently renovated, exterior lighting is good, hotel sign could be brighter, we had trouble finding it right away, clean inside and out, no noise from the road, conveniently located, while we were dropping off hotel key the cleaning staff ran up to us to hand an item we would've forgotten in the fridge"

"We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff."
