"I like its location! My first room didn’t have heat so I had to be moved. Then I needed assistance to turn the water on in the tub, then to activate the shower and finally to turn the water off. This issue should be taken care of and there should be instructions on how to work the tub’s water and shower. It isn’t obvious and requires a lot of muscle to get it to work."

"We went to a concert at the DECC, the hotel was very close to the event!! Breakfast was great!! Room was fine!! Great heater too!!!"
