"TheGrand and police can do nothing about the groups that hang out about 50m from the property but can sort the parties overttaking the 7th fl smoking area. Put up CCTV with signs. Everytime we go for an event the 7th fl is taken over with drinking, taking all the furniture and blasting music. We cant be the only ones to experience this. Everyone is there for the experience but when any group takes over an entire section, its below TheGrand experience."
