"Beautiful old hotel & well maintained. The staff was very helpful- front desk excellent , restaurant excellent, pub excellent. The location is fantastic and a quick walk to some great restaurants and the Turkish baths. We also walked to the city park and to Harlow car Gardens from the hotel."

"We stayed for one night,the room was lovely very clean,the bathroom had everything we need even a shower mat .overall cleanliness was very good .the staff were very friendly and advised us what we could see in Harrogate.The breakfast was very good but not as hot as I would have liked. Would definitely stay there again."

The restaurant was OK for both breakfast and dinner, not fine dining but decent enough. I recommend this one over the next Holiday Inn further north."
