"Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. Highly recommend the accomodation, it had everything you need, a bedroom for 2 people, lovely bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen, the views were stunning too. "Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "

"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"Excellent two bedroom apartment. Great apartment with everything you could use in the apartment. Smart tv and everything was very easy to find. Great for kids and very close to everything in town center Minor complaints was Parking but it was advertised so real issues. It was a little tight for a medium to large car depending on your space"

"This place was a little piece of heaven. Immaculate, cozy, well, appointed in a lovely hamlet with a river across the street, a nearby sandwich shop and the Red Lion pub a stones throw away. We stayed for four nights and had bucolic walks to Grassington along the river and to the Bolton abbey for another fine walk. The Dales are magic and there are plenty of pictaresque scenes to greet. We didn’t want to leave."
