"I was greeted in a not-so-friendly manner by the desk person. I asked a question for clarity and she was condescending to me. I’ve been at the location before and received great service. The person who was there the morning I checked in was subpar."

"The people were very kind, professional and accommodating. The lobby was clean and so was the elevator. However the room’s carpet had multiple stains and the desk chair had a mystery liquid stain dried on it. "
