"The rooms did not provide sound resistance. When people were walking and talking in the hallways-I could hear everything they said. They gave me an adjoining room. The man on the other side was on his phone. He was in an argument with his spouse. He was yelling and hitting something. I didn’t feel safe. I asked for a different room. The staff happily accommodated. All the staff was friendly-except one man. (Manager apparently) someone smoke alarm was going off in a room down the hall. Non stop....

"Everything was good except we booked the room became it was close to the airport and it had a 24 hour shuttle. Well, it wasn't 24 hour. It didn't start until 5:00 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport by 3:30. We had to order an Uber. We made it. However, not what we expected. "

"The first room I was given smelled musty/mildewy and the AC wasn't working. Room was definitely well used. Office was apologetic and gave me a new room that was much better. I liked the eating nook and kitchenette; plenty of space to eat and prepare meal. Bathroom had newer pop-in surround that was mold-free (yay). Bed was made with top sheet over blanket which I thought was weird but, no biggie, I just flipped and remade bed myself. No trash can found in room, but that was okay since it was...
