The employees were wonderful however there were roaches and it wasn’t too clean and the headboard had a weird secretion on it and I asked them to clean it and they did and they were very polite but overall it was to kept up

I liked having access to clean towels or linens everyday if needed. I did not like that the laundry room would be closed at 9 pm because that is also where the ice machine is located. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Absolutely Avoid Studio 6 San Antonio Airport I'm writing this review to warn others about my absolutely horrendous experience at Studio 6 San Antonio Airport. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the problems began. The door to my room didn't lock properly, making me feel incredibly unsafe. The bed had no comforter, and the shower had a broken handle, making it impossible to take a shower. After complaining, I was told that this was the only room available. To make matters worse, the AC unit was broken and just blasted cold air into the room without any vent. The parking lot was filled with suspicious people walking around, and the security presence was minimal, adding to my sense of unease. Additionally, the dresser near the bed was completely broken, and all of the drawers were missing. I cannot stress enough how terrible this hotel is. If you're looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, please look elsewhere. This place is a complete disaster.

Air conditioner was not working maintenance was sent he needed to change out whole A/C and also bring a remote because there was not one in room.Next morning was going to shower and shower head was not working so we had to shower using the ice bucket to bathe .Called front desk I was put on the list for maintenance to go check in the morning then 10:00 came around and he had not gone and we needed to shower because check out time was at 11:00.I called front desk she said that she would see where he was at so he can come to my room asked for extended check time since all three of us needed to shower was told the latest I could have was 11:30.The maintenance man left at 10:22 we got in shower and then the hot water was not working and the water pressure was barely nothing so we had to shower with cold water.

My stay was ok didn't get much sleep also i did not receive housekeeping my entire stay and when I asked housekeeper on duty for towels or sheets it seemed like an inconvenience. Went to front desk requested housekeeping twice got none laundry guy was nice and gave me fresh sheets but I went and brought my own towels . It was a big room good working ac and shower.

The booking was done all online. Originally from the Dallas fort worth area so I focused a lot on the pictures. Now, the rooms are not at all what I expected. The first thing I noticed once I walked in the room was missed drawers from the drawers in the room. Lamps, nightstands, kitchen very dirty and messy furniture. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and what looked like Burnt and dirty shower curtains. Air conditioning very noisy and very dirty odor. I can go on and on, though definitely would not recommend this hotel.
