"Caitlyn at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find the best room for my needs away from the busy street. The hotel renovated rooms are really worth it and made me feel like I was staying in a beautiful home. The mix of the beautiful paned windows, brick walls, gorgeous tile and marble bathrooms...it all felt like being at my house. Everyone was amazing, the lobby is gorgeous and as well as the pool/atrium area. I can't thank Caitlyn enough for her amazing customer service and...

"my sister and I were in town due to the death of a family member. This was not a pleasure trip. The refrigerator in the room did not work and even after it was replaced did not keep things very cold. You could tell the hotel was dated, which did not really bother me. But older hotels if properly maintained can be a jewel."

"The staff was friendly and efficient, the property and the room were clean and well maintained. Our only semi-complaint is the lobby and elevator area had a chemical-like smell, similar to resin or epoxy before it dries. It slowly lessened over four four day stay."
