"The Hyatt was super clean , staff were very nice and helpful. Loved it was 5 min walk to Moda Center. 15min walk across the river walk bridge. Walking distance to food outside of the hotel. Loved the beautiful bar, convent market and the restaurant had great breakfast!! Will stay again on my next trip to Portland 10/10 recommend!! "

"Great staff, great food, great rooms. Room can use better cleaning/vacuuming under some areas but it was okay. Everything is nice and modern. Only downside is even though parking is free, there are some sketchy cars and homeless people roaming the area parking area. Security needs to be upgraded for safety. Not sure how but a homeless person managed to get access to the breakfast area and go up the elevator. Maybe restrict all access to key card access for all entry points 24/7, inspect all...
