"Great stay in Venice. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. Convenient parking, free use of bikes and beach items like chairs and towels. You can get the toiletries tou need whenever you need them. Nice, heated pool. Smart tvs logged into streaming services for quick use. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. "The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there."

"Property was very nice and offered a lot of info on things to do in the area. Host was amazing at communicating especially with all the hurricanes she reached out within 24 hours of both Helene and Milton mossing to let us know the status/condition of the property and near by businesses. Kids had a blast in the pool and was nice and close to beach as well!!"

"Ryan is extremely responsive. The only issue was WiFi was not working when we arrived but he had someone come by the next morning and resolved it. This was our third stay here and while the neighborhood is mediocre the location is great and the house has been nicely update. Very clean and well appointed. Only other suggestion is phone chargers or plug outlets added to the nightstands by the beds. "

"Loved the pool (when we got there the pool was down but the owners made sure it got fixed asap and compensated us for when we couldn’t use it ). When we had to leave we asked if we could stay longer due to the fact of having no other place to go and the owners were super nice about letting us know if anyone else had booked the place. Overall it was a beautiful house to stay in :)"
